For personalized jewelry, it takes 7-14 working days to make due to high demand, and we want to ensure each product is made with the best quality and utmost of care.

You will receive an e-mail notifying you once a tracking number has been added to your order. The email will include a unique parcel tracking number and a link to track your order. It may take a few days before the Tracking number becomes active on the courier’s system. If the information has not appeared on the courier’s website, please try again later.

A gentle reminder that there may be potential shipping delays due to Covid-19. Please note that shipping times may defer based on your selected shipping method, and region. Other factors such as delayed logistics and customs clearings may have an impact on the delivery time.

Please note that big shipments may incur customs fees depending on the destination country. The fee may vary depending on your order value, country limits, and other factors based on the product itself. We cannot be responsible for any additional import charges charged by your country’s import laws. This is out of our control and unfortunately we can not know or foresee what additional charges may be due upon delivery. Please note that should you have to pay additional fees at the door, these are your responsibility. If you do not pay them then your order will be returned to us and at which point, we will issue you a refund of the original shipping cost.

What is Your Returns Policy?

Our products are made with the utmost of care and great attention to detail, and in keeping with fair wage policies and high standard working conditions. In order to maintain these standards, please note that all purchases, including pre-orders, are final sale, with the exception of damaged items.

Any claims for damaged items must be submitted within 2 weeks after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 2 weeks after the estimated delivery date.

If you need to return an item, it must be unopened with the original tags still attached, in its original condition. Please note that the customer is responsible for any fees associated with returning the package. 

Wrong Address – If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our warehousing facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable). It is the customers responsibility to ensure that their shipping address is complete and correct once they have placed an order, and should contact us in case of need to change it. We are not able to change the address on the parcel once the package has been sent out.

It is highly recommended to provide your local contact number in your shipping address, incase the local courier may need it to contact you upon delivery/failed delivery. However, please note local courier services may be limited in international regions due to Covid-19, if an address is deemed incomplete in these following countries and are not able to return the order to us, we will not be able to compensate your order:

Haiti, Kyrgyzstan, Madagascar, Mauritius, Bangladesh, Nepal, Nicaragua, Swaziland, Jamaica, Zambia, Ecuador, Peru, Bolivia, Chile, Argentina, Uruguay, Egypt, Sudan, Libya, Algeria, Angola, Bahamas, Benin, Belize City, Burundi, Dominican Republic, Gambia, Grenada, Cuba,  United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Oman, Palestine, Paraguay, Guatemala, Reunion, The Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, Hawaii, Alaska, Guadeloupe, Martinique, and French Guiana.

Unclaimed – Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our warehousing facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to yourself (if and as applicable). In some cases and/or countries, your package may be abandoned and no refund will be issued for the refused package. Itty Bittie is not liable for lost or stolen packages.
